Our infusion centers specialize in the administration of iron infusions, vitamin therapies, and other prescription medications, with a strong focus on safety, comfort, and clinical excellence. Our mission is to proactively identify and treat iron deficiency and related conditions in women through evidence-based care, streamlined processes, and an exceptional patient experience. We are committed to creating infusion environments that are efficient, welcoming, and designed around the unique needs of our patients. FEM Women's Health is supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of experienced infusion nurses, advanced practice providers, and physicians. As we continue to expand, we are seeking nurses who are excited to help support strong clinical workflows and uphold high standards of care across multiple locations. Job Overview We are seeking a Full-Time Float Infusion Registered Nurse to support our growing infusion center operations across multiple FEM Women's Health locations, including our new Doral Infusion Center , Cooper City Infusion Center , and South Miami Infusion Center . This is a full-time position designed for a nurse who is flexible, reliable, and comfortable floating between locations based on operational needs. The primary scheduled locations will include Doral and Cooper City , with additional coverage at South Miami as needed for staffing support, call-outs, clinic volume, or other operational needs. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, adaptable, organized, and able to provide safe, efficient, and compassionate care in a fast-paced outpatient infusion setting. Schedule Requirements This is a full-time position . Benefits are available in accordance with company policy. The expected core schedule will include:

Doral Infusion Center Thursday:
Doral Infusion Center Friday:
Cooper City Infusion Center Saturday:
Doral Infusion Center Fifth workday: To be determined based on clinic needs and availability (Monday or Wednesday) Clinic hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM . The core schedule of Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday equals approximately 32 hours per week . The fifth workday will be added based on operational needs and may vary depending on clinic volume, staffing needs, and location coverage. Flexibility is required, as this role may include coverage at the South Miami Infusion Center and/or other FEM infusion center locations as needed. Duties Administer intravenous medications, iron infusions, vitamin therapies, and other prescribed treatments Start and maintain IV access safely and efficiently Monitor patients during infusion therapy and respond appropriately to adverse reactions or changes in patient condition Conduct patient assessments, including review of symptoms, health status, and vital signs Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities in the electronic medical record Educate patients regarding infusion expectations, treatment plans, medication administration, and post-infusion care Collaborate with advanced practice providers, physicians, and other team members to support individualized patient care Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, medication safety standards, and clinic policies Support efficient patient flow while maintaining a safe, calm, and comfortable environment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the infusion area Assist with medication preparation, inventory awareness, and supply organization as needed Float between assigned FEM infusion center locations based on operational needs Skills & Qualifications Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida Strong IV insertion and IV access skills required Experience administering IV infusions required Experience administering iron infusions preferred Ability to monitor patients closely and respond appropriately to infusion reactions or clinical concerns Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members Ability to provide compassionate care while managing multiple patient needs Strong organizational skills to manage patient flow, documentation, and treatment schedules efficiently Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Doral, Cooper City, and South Miami locations Flexible, team-first mindset and comfort working across multiple clinic sites Ability to work independently while following established protocols and escalation pathways Preferred Experience Outpatient infusion experience Iron infusion experience Women's health experience Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic medical record system Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting Benefits This is a full-time position, and benefits are available in accordance with company policy.
