Schedule:

Four 10-hour shifts per week, 7:00 AM 7:00 PM Rotating call required

Qualifications:

Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum 2 years' recent experience in a Cath Lab setting RCIS certification required Current BLS and ACLS certifications Advanced EP experience is preferred Excellent critical thinking and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver professional nursing care to patients undergoing catheterization procedures, including right and left heart catheterizations, as well as peripheral interventions Operate and maintain specialized equipment, such as GE labs, Impella devices, balloon pumps, Penumbra systems, and IVUS Accurately document care using Merge Hemo documentation systems Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring optimal patient outcomes Participate in call rotation, and be prepared to float to a nearby sister hospital for emergent cases (such as STEMI call) if needed Maintain a patient load consistent with a 3:1 ratio, ensuring high-quality, individualized care Adhere to all department guidelines and hospital policies
