Category Nursing - RN - CVOR Job Type Travel Experience coastal living at its finest by taking your next travel nursing assignment in Englewood, FL. This vibrant area boasts beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, local wildlife, and plenty of opportunities for adventure on your days off. As a travel CVOR Registered Nurse, you'll have the chance to enhance your clinical skills and grow through exposure to a variety of cardiovascular surgical cases. Collaborate with talented surgical teams, learn from different leadership styles, and discover new workplace perspectives—all while expanding your professional experience in a state-of-the-art operating room. This assignment will make a valuable addition to your resume as you develop expertise in both scrub and circulate roles.
Schedule:
4 shifts/week (10 hours each, 07:00-17:30) Every other weekend and two nights of on-call duty per week Total of 40 hours per week (plus call) 13-week assignmentQualifications and Experience:
Active RN license Minimum one year of recent CVOR experience (scrub and/or circulate) Current BLS and ACLS certifications Excellent critical thinking and communication skillsKey Responsibilities:
Assist in cardiovascular surgical procedures, performing scrub and circulate duties Monitor patients' condition intraoperatively and report any changes Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs for optimal patient outcomes Maintain strict attention to sterile techniques and safety protocols Provide compassionate care before, during, and after proceduresPerks and Benefits:
