Schedule:

4 shifts/week (10 hours each, 07:00-17:30) Every other weekend and two nights of on-call duty per week Total of 40 hours per week (plus call) 13-week assignment

Qualifications and Experience:

Active RN license Minimum one year of recent CVOR experience (scrub and/or circulate) Current BLS and ACLS certifications Excellent critical thinking and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in cardiovascular surgical procedures, performing scrub and circulate duties Monitor patients' condition intraoperatively and report any changes Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs for optimal patient outcomes Maintain strict attention to sterile techniques and safety protocols Provide compassionate care before, during, and after procedures
