                  $1,640-$1,730 Job Requirements
                  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
                  • Minimum 2 years of bedside nursing experience
                  • BLS certification required prior to first shift
                  • ACLS certification required prior to first shift
                  • Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and care coordination skills
                  • Experience in rehabilitation nursing and interdisciplinary teamwork preferred Responsibilities
                  • Perform thorough nursing assessments within the required timeframe and develop individualized plans of care
                  • Provide direct patient care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
                  • Support patient rehabilitation goals through encouragement, education, and ongoing clinical monitoring
                  • Initiate discharge planning and patient/family teaching from admission through discharge
                  • Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
                  • Communicate changes in patient status to physicians, charge nurses, and care team members to support continuity of care
                  • Supervise and guide ancillary nursing personnel as appropriate
                  • Promote a safe, organized, and positive patient care environment
