$1,640-$1,730 Job Requirements- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of bedside nursing experience
- BLS certification required prior to first shift
- ACLS certification required prior to first shift
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and care coordination skills
- Experience in rehabilitation nursing and interdisciplinary teamwork preferred Responsibilities
- Perform thorough nursing assessments within the required timeframe and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide direct patient care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
- Support patient rehabilitation goals through encouragement, education, and ongoing clinical monitoring
- Initiate discharge planning and patient/family teaching from admission through discharge
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate changes in patient status to physicians, charge nurses, and care team members to support continuity of care
- Supervise and guide ancillary nursing personnel as appropriate
- Promote a safe, organized, and positive patient care environment
