Certification APRN English Nurse Practitioner (NP) Attention to detail Advanced practice provider Full Job Description We are a growing medical and aesthetic clinic in Hialeah, Florida, seeking an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our team. We are looking for a professional, personable, and motivated provider who is passionate about aesthetics and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner will perform cosmetic consultations and aesthetic procedures, including Botox, dermal fillers, PRP treatments, and other non-surgical aesthetic services offered by the clinic. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent injection technique, attention to detail, and the ability to create natural-looking results while maintaining patient safety and satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans. Administer Botox and other neuromodulator injections. Perform dermal filler injections for facial rejuvenation and enhancement. Perform PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatments according to clinic protocols. Assess patients for appropriate aesthetic treatments and identify contraindications. Educate patients regarding procedures, expected outcomes, risks, aftercare, and follow-up recommendations. Monitor patients for treatment effectiveness and potential adverse reactions. Maintain accurate and timely medical records. Follow proper infection-control, sterile-technique, and patient-safety standards. Maintain knowledge of current aesthetic techniques, products, and industry best practices. Build strong patient relationships and provide an excellent overall patient experience. Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and other members of the clinic team. Assist with additional aesthetic services as the clinic expands its treatment offerings.
Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted Florida Nurse Practitioner license. Current BLS certification. Experience with Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, or other aesthetic procedures preferred. Strong understanding of facial anatomy and safe injection practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and patient-focused approach. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the clinical team. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Preferred Experience Previous experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic medicine, or a med spa environment is highly desirable.
