Qualifications:

Active RN license Minimum of one year of recent OR nursing experience

Required:

Demonstrated proficiency in adult cardiac operating room cases BLS and ACLS certification Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, challenging environment Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Circulate and scrub on a variety of adult cardiac procedures Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide the highest level of care Pre-, intra-, and postoperative patient assessment and documentation Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols Deliver patient-focused care with professionalism and compassion
