- Medication administration
- Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
- Collaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
- Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel per center policy Registered Nurse (RN)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the State
- CPR Certification required
- One-Year prior nursing experience preferred
