Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Nurse Wellness Hydration Educator to join our innovative healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as a frontline expert in hydration and wellness education, empowering patients to achieve optimal health through personalized hydration strategies. Your expertise will help promote overall well-being, prevent dehydration-related complications, and support patients across diverse care settings. Duties Assess patients' hydration status through intake assessment, vital signs, and follow up evaluations. Educate patients on the importance of hydration, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications tailored to their specific health needs with the use of IV vitamins and peptides Provide customized approach to attract and retain clients with an IV package for return visits and guidance to lifestyle wellness between follow up IV treatments. Putting your wellness experience into great education with patients. Implement individualized hydration plans, incorporating knowledge of electrolyte balance, fluid management, and medication interactions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, NP, and corporate education to coordinate plans aligned with patient goals. Demonstrate proficiency in EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation of assessments, education sessions, and plans. Monitor patient responses to hydration interventions, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure safety and effectiveness. Share optimum IV vitamin and peptide nutrition and injectables to educate clients on performance, energy, and restorative benefits with consistency Experience Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with current state certification. Proven experience nursing with good IV skills and a with a focus on education and wellness. Interest in Commission programs to add to hourly rate with incentives and desire to do an event, private engagement, or "specials day" at the location. Solid background in clinical care, wellness, and a desire to educate on the benefits of alternative, holistic, wellness for optimization. Familiarity with EMR similar using Mindbody. Knowledge of advanced nursing procedures such as IV insertion, venipuncture, and aseptic technique. Prior involvement in health coaching or wellness programs emphasizing hydration, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications is highly desirable.
