$55.00 per hour About Puar Elevated Beauty Puar Elevated Beauty is an established medical aesthetics and wellness practice in Lake Mary, Florida, offering a comprehensive range of injectable, laser, skin rejuvenation, body, wellness, and advanced aesthetic treatments. We are seeking an experienced, professional, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner / Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This is an hourly position starting at $55 per hour for a provider who values patient education, ethical treatment recommendations, natural-looking results, continuity of care, and building long-term patient relationships. Position Overview The Nurse Practitioner / Aesthetic Injector will conduct patient consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, and perform appropriate medical aesthetic and wellness treatments within their training, credentials, and scope of practice. We are looking for a provider who combines excellent clinical judgment and technical skills with a warm, educational approach to patient care. In addition to aesthetic services, the NP will participate in our medical weight management program , including appropriate patient evaluations, education, monitoring, and follow-up. Services Offered Puar Elevated Beauty offers a comprehensive treatment menu, including: Neurotoxins Dermal fillers Biostimulators, including Sculptra® and Radiesse® SkinVive™ Filler dissolution/correction PCDC injectable treatments PDO thread treatments PRP treatments Medical weight management / weight loss Morpheus8 RF microneedling CO2RE® laser resurfacing CO2RE® Intima Lumecca IPL photofacial eMatrix Sublative Rejuvenation Laser hair removal HydraFacial® Chemical peels Dermaplaning LED light therapy Additional customized facial, skin rejuvenation, body, and wellness treatments Providers will perform only those treatments for which they are appropriately trained, credentialed, and authorized under Puar Elevated Beauty's clinical protocols. Primary Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive aesthetic and wellness consultations Assess patient concerns, goals, medical history, medications, and potential contraindications Develop individualized and clinically appropriate treatment plans Perform aesthetic injectable treatments safely and effectively Perform other medical aesthetic treatments for which the provider is appropriately trained and credentialed Evaluate appropriate patients for the medical weight management program Provide ongoing weight management monitoring, education, and follow-up Educate patients regarding realistic treatment expectations, benefits, risks, alternatives, and aftercare Obtain and document appropriate informed consent Maintain complete, accurate, and timely medical records Provide appropriate pre- and post-treatment instructions Obtain standardized treatment photographs when indicated Follow established clinical, infection-control, medication-management, and patient-safety protocols Recognize and appropriately manage or escalate potential treatment complications Provide appropriate post-treatment follow-up and continuity of care Develop trusting, long-term patient relationships Recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments, wellness services, and skincare based on individual patient needs Provide recommendations through education rather than high-pressure sales tactics Collaborate with management, the Medical Director, aestheticians, and other members of the Puar team Maintain current knowledge of aesthetic techniques, products, devices, and medical weight management Participate in clinical training, staff education, and practice-growth initiatives as appropriate Qualifications Current and unrestricted Florida APRN/Nurse Practitioner license Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current BLS certification Appropriate prescribing authority and credentials as required for the position Previous aesthetic injectable training and hands-on experience strongly preferred Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers preferred Experience with biostimulators, PDO threads, PRP, laser/IPL treatments, RF microneedling, or other advanced aesthetic treatments is highly desirable Medical weight management experience preferred Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment Excellent clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety Strong communication and patient-education skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Commitment to ethical aesthetic medicine and medically appropriate treatment recommendations Ability to create individualized, natural-looking aesthetic outcomes Schedule This is a part-time position working 3 days per week for approximately 4-5 hours per day . Specific days and hours will be established based on practice needs and mutually agreed-upon availability.

Compensation Starting Pay:

$55.00 per hour This is an hourly position designed to provide greater consistency for both the provider and our patients.
