Setting Standards in Skilled Nursing Care. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at North Lake Care Center, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to our residents, including: Assessing and evaluating the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents. Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident. Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and IV therapy. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care. Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in nursing.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, focusing on comfort, dignity, and respect. Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care, progress, and concerns. Identify and report any changes or concerns related to patient care or facility operations. Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and fostering a positive, supportive environment.
