This position requires a compassionate professional who can provide expert care to patients while handling the unique demands of an oncology medical-surgical environment. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of HCA Healthcare. Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. Administer medications, maintain detailed and accurate patient records, and assist with the execution of the oncology treatment plan. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on prevention and care to promote healthier lifestyle choices post-discharge. Ensure the maintenance of a clean and orderly environment in compliance with healthcare safety standards.
