January Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN license Documented, recent experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit settings BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-acuity environments Cannot reside in or own property within 50 miles of specified facilities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive care for patients transitioning out of ICU but still requiring close monitoring Accurately assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in accordance with established protocols Monitor cardiac rhythms, administer IV medications, and perform frequent assessments Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and engage patients' families in care planning Document patient information and interventions reliably and promptly
