Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week (Schedule is a rotation of four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts)

Location:

Lake Destiny Center, 1001 N. Lake Destiny Road, Maitland, FL 32751

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Facilitates triage and transport of injured workers to appropriate facilities. Manages employee medical records using the EMR system, ensuring accurate data entry and report checks. Documents orders, procedures, and assessments legibly and accurately from check-in to check-out. Processes employees from new hire to annual compliance, including screenings and drug tests following federal procedures. Conducts respirator fit testing in accordance with OSHA standards and AdventHealth policies. Relays discharge and follow-up instructions to employees using approved tools. Participates in AdventHealth compliance initiatives and training.

Pay Range:
