Job Description

Category Nursing - RN - MS Oncology Job Type Contract Advance your nursing career by supporting patients in a renowned oncology setting, working directly with individuals receiving care for skin and melanoma diagnoses. This contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in both Medical-Surgical and Oncology care.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm No on-call requirement Full-time, consistent daytime hours
Key Qualifications:
Current FL State Registered Nurse license or compact license Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (college diploma or transcripts required) Previous experience in Med Surg and Oncology environments Candidates must not reside in Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach counties
Professional Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional hands-on care to oncology patients within the Skin and Melanoma specialty Monitor, assess, and record patient progress and responses to treatments Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary medical teams to coordinate effective patient care Administer medications and treatments accurately, following institutional protocols Advocate for patients and their families, delivering compassionate support and education regarding diagnoses and therapies Contribute to a safe and healing environment by adhering to hospital policies and safety standards Why Apply?
