The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care across various medical settings, utilizing their extensive clinical expertise and knowledge of advanced nursing practices. This role involves working with diverse patient populations, including those in SUD and COD. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for comprehensive patient assessments, medication administration, procedural support, and coordination of care to ensure optimal health outcomes. Experience with EMR/EHR system KIPU is highly valued. Knowledge of CIWA and COWS is preferred. Schedules Available Monday - Friday| 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday & Saturday | 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations. Administer medications and injections accurately following HIPAA and aseptic techniques. Document all patient interactions thoroughly using EMR/EHR system KIPU. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in emergency medicine, critical care transport set-up. Ensure infection control protocols are followed diligently to prevent healthcare-associated infections. Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations including HIPAA standards and Workers' Compensation law. Skills Proficiency with EMR/EHR system KIPU. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy & physiology; capable of performing physical examinations and diagnostic evaluation. Experience working with special populations such as patients with SUD and COD. Competence in managing complex cases involving trauma medicine or critical care transport; Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration; compassionate approach to patient-centered care.
