Since 2008, the organization has dedicated itself to delivering compassionate, high-quality clinical care in the comfort of patients' homes, supporting medically complex individuals across multiple regions. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, exceptional patient assessment skills, and a passion for providing personalized in-home care. As an RN, you will deliver comprehensive nursing services to patients with diverse medical needs, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes through expert clinical practice and compassionate support. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and injections accurately while adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols. Manage complex medical procedures such as ventilator care, tracheostomy management, dialysis support, and tube feeding. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation of patient care activities and medical records. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control standards while maintaining patient confidentiality. Skills Expertise in specialized areas including cardiology (cardiac catheterization), ophthalmology (botulinum toxin treatment), geriatrics (memory care, long-term care), behavioral health, hospice & palliative medicine, and infectious disease care. Proficiency with EMR systems is preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays across settings such as assisted living or home & community care environments. Skilled in acute pain management strategies and working within hospital medicine or outpatient clinics Excellent communication skills for effective patient assessment
