HCA Healthcare seeks New Grad RNs eager to launch their nursing careers in a supportive, patient-centered environment. In this role, you'll deliver safe, compassionate bedside care, perform assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. You'll participate in a structured residency with precepted training, mentorship, and ongoing education to build strong clinical judgment. Responsibilities Provide direct bedside nursing care to diverse patient populations under RN scope of practice Perform ongoing patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document in EMR accurately Administer medications and treatments safely, following hospital policies and protocols Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions Maintain strict infection control and patient safety standards Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns promptly Participate in new grad residency, precepted shifts, and ongoing clinical education Support a culture of compassion, teamwork, and patient-centered care Document care thoroughly to ensure continuity and regulatory compliance Required Skills Patient assessment Electronic Medical Records (EMR) documentation Medication administration IV therapy and phlebotomy Care planning and coordination Vital signs monitoring Wound care and dressing changes Patient and family education Infection control practices Basic life support (BLS)
