Required Qualifications & Experience:
Active RN license (state or compact) At least 2 years of acute care operating room experience preferred Strong knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Exceptional communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care for surgical patients Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure optimal outcomes Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols Operate and monitor specialized surgical equipment Advocate for patient safety and comfort throughout surgical procedures
Schedule/Hours:
Full-time travel assignment; specific shifts to be discussed during the interview process
