Works under the supervision of physicians in clinical settings, including hospitals, dialysis clinics and doctor's offices, and may visit patients that receive dialysis at home.

- Advanced Practice Provider Location of service will be North Port, South Venice and Englewood The House Calls Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for complex clinical management of patients in a home setting.
