Job Description
ShiftKey, LLC is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to support partner healthcare facilities through its innovative staffing marketplace. In this flexible contract role, you'll circulate and/or scrub for diverse surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative teams. You'll uphold sterile technique, manage pre- and intraoperative assessments, respond to emergencies, and use EHR systems, contributing to high-quality, patient-centered surgical care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
