Job Description
ShiftKey, LLC is seeking experienced PACU / Recovery RNs to support post-anesthesia care across partner facilities using our digital staffing marketplace. In this flexible, contract-based role, you'll select shifts that match your schedule while providing high-quality recovery care to surgical patients. Responsibilities include comprehensive post-op assessments, continuous cardiac and respiratory monitoring, pain and nausea management, rapid response to complications, patient and family education, and precise documentation in EHR systems. You'll collaborate closely with anesthesia, surgery, and recovery teams in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment focused on excellent patient outcomes.
