Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews, to inform individualized care plans. Administer medications, injections, and treatments such as IV infusions and suturing in accordance with physician orders and established protocols. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient information accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Monitor patients' conditions continuously, respond promptly to emergencies, and implement critical care procedures when necessary. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including physicians, therapists, and case managers—to coordinate comprehensive patient care plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management, medication administration, and post-discharge instructions. Ensure infection control practices are strictly followed through aseptic techniques and proper sterilization procedures. Assist with specialized procedures such as catheterization, dialysis management, or trauma medicine in various clinical environments including ICU, emergency room, or outpatient clinics. Requirements Valid nursing license (RN) in good standing with relevant state or national licensing boards. Proven experience working in diverse healthcare settings such as hospital medicine, critical care units (ICU/CCU), emergency medicine, or long-term care facilities. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems like Cerner or Epic for accurate documentation and medical records management. Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques. Experience administering complex treatments including botulinum toxin therapy or pain management procedures is preferred but not mandatory. Critical care experience such as Level I or Level II trauma center work or PICU experience is highly desirable. Strong skills in patient assessment, triage protocols, laboratory specimen collection/processing, and infection control practices. Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
