• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive healthcare services.

• Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Perform advanced clinical procedures including minor wound repair (sutures), in office procedures and specimen collection processing
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
• Utilize telehealth technologies to provide remote patient care
• Manage acute and chronic illnesses in various specialties such as medical-surgical, behavioral health, gastroenterology, etc.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and health management
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Implement aseptic techniques to ensure infection control

• Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current APRN licensure in the state of practice
• Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
• Proficiency in a wide range of clinical skills including nebulizer treatments, interpreting diagnostic testing, and other office procedures
• Experience in diverse healthcare settings with a focus on patient-centered care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
