As a vital member of our medical staff, you will utilize your extensive nursing expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with pediatric patients with various unique medical complexities. Duties Perform comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to determine immediate needs and long-term care plans. Administer medications Manage complex medical procedures such tube feeding, trach care, Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for case management, and long-term care strategies tailored to individual patient needs. Document all patient care accurately using electronic health record (EHR) system while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Support patients through acute pain management, infectious disease care, multidisciplinary teams such as therapy, and working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges. Experience Preferred - Background working in pediatrics, palliative patients or medically complex individuals.
