Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Private Duty Nurse to provide one-on-one skilled care to children in their homes throughout the Atlanta area. In this role, you will deliver clinically focused nursing, including assessments, medication administration, ventilator and tracheostomy care, and feeding tube management. You will collaborate closely with families and the care team, educate caregivers, and maintain thorough documentation. Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home setting Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient responses to treatment Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per physician orders Provide ventilator, tracheostomy, and feeding tube care as needed Educate and support families on care techniques, safety, and care plans Collaborate with clinical supervisors and care teams to update care plans Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards Required Skills Pediatric nursing Ventilator management Tracheostomy care G-tube/feeding tube management Medication administration Patient assessment Care planning and documentation Infection control Family education CPR/BLS
