Located in the heart of Pinecrest, our practice addresses anti-aging from the inside out. From advanced facial aesthetics and cutting-edge radiofrequency microneedling to bioidentical hormone therapy, targeted peptide protocols, and medical weight management, we help our clients look, feel, and perform at their absolute best. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Nurse Practitioner (NP) who brings a true integrative approach to patient care. The ideal candidate possesses an artistic eye for facial aesthetics, hands-on mastery of Morpheus8 / RF microneedling technologies , an active DEA license , and strong clinical experience managing BHRT, peptide therapies, and modern medical weight loss programs. You will lead complete client transformations inside and out through high-touch, customized care plans. Key Responsibilities Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT): Conduct comprehensive wellness assessments, interpret advanced hormone panels, and safely prescribe/manage controlled and non-controlled customized hormone optimization protocols (Testosterone, Estrogen, Progesterone) for men and women using an active DEA license.
Medical Weight Loss Management:
Design, prescribe, and titrate medical weight loss programs utilizing
GLP-1/GIP
receptor agonists (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide), lipotropic therapies, and metabolic support.
Peptide Therapy:
Formulate targeted peptide protocols for cellular recovery, anti-aging, metabolic health, and collagen synthesis.
Aesthetic & Regenerative Procedures:
Perform full-face assessments and administer Cosmetic Injectables (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators like Sculptra/Radiesse).
RF Microneedling & Resurfacing:
Operate Morpheus8 for deep dermal remodeling, skin tightening, textural improvement, and acne scar correction across face and body areas.
Patient Education & Charting:
Provide thorough pre- and post-treatment guidance, set realistic client expectations, and maintain precise Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Qualifications & Requirements Licensure & Registrations:
Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the State of Florida (Required). Active DEA License with full prescriptive authority in Florida (Required).
Energy-Based Device Experience:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience performing Morpheus8 or advanced RF microneedling treatments (Required).
Injectable Experience:
1+ years of hands-on experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting (Required).
Wellness Experience:
Direct clinical experience prescribing and managing BHRT, medical weight loss, and peptide protocols (Required).
Clinical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of endocrine lab interpretation, controlled substance regulations, metabolic health, peptide chemistry, and facial anatomy. A refined, professional demeanor suited for a luxury boutique environment in Pinecrest. $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
