Job description: Prime IV Hydration & Wellness is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing wellness spa in Pinecrest. Our spa specializes in IV hydration and vitamin infusions, IM vitamin injections, and wellness services designed to support energy, immunity, recovery, and overall health. This is a unique opportunity for a nurse who enjoys a relaxed spa environment, building relationships with clients, and practicing preventative wellness medicine. Responsibilities Start and monitor IV therapy treatments Perform patient assessments and review medical history Administer IM injections and wellness treatments Monitor patients during IV therapy and respond to any adverse reactions Provide education on hydration, vitamins, wellness services, and offerings Maintain accurate patient documentation Maintain clean treatment areas Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming spa environment Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Florida) Strong IV insertion skills required. Must be able to perform 10+ IVs per day autonomously. Experience in ER or infusion therapy is preferred Excellent bedside manner and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Passion for health, wellness, and preventative medicine No new graduates at this time Preferred Experience ER and IV therapy or infusion experience Experience with IV/IM nutrients and peptides Aesthetic, med spa, or wellness clinic experience Sales or membership-based service environments Bilingual (English + Spanish) highly preferred.
