Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled NP Aesthetic Injector to join our innovative aesthetic medicine team. In this role, you will deliver safe, effective, and personalized aesthetic treatments, including botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers, to help clients achieve their beauty and confidence goals. Your expertise will contribute to creating a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Responsibilities Administer aesthetic injectables such as botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers with precision and care, and energy device treatments, adhering to all safety protocols and best practices Conduct thorough patient assessments, including evaluating medical histories, skin conditions, and treatment goals to develop customized treatment plans Educate clients on available procedures, expected outcomes, post-treatment care, skin care regime, and potential risks to ensure informed decision-making Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless patient care, including pre- and post-treatment evaluations and follow-up appointments Stay current with industry advancements in esthetic laser treatments, injectable techniques, and emerging skincare technologies Uphold the highest standards of infection control, aseptic technique, and sterile processing during all procedures Educate on company memberships, savings plans, and collaborative treatment recommendations. Requirements Valid Florida Nurse Practitioner (NP) state license and current certification Proven experience of one year or more in aesthetic medicine, including administering dermal fillers and botulinum toxin treatments Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to injectable treatments Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about procedures and aftercare Experience working in medical spa settings with a focus on esthetics Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a lively and positive attitude Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Referral program Weekly Bonuses based on production Employee, Family & Friends Spa benefits Join us in transforming confidence through artistry and science!
