Qualifications & Experience:

Current and unrestricted RN license Minimum of one year of recent Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience BLS certification (required) Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Adaptability in fast-paced settings Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor patient health, implementing care plans based on physician directives Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies safely and accurately Document all aspects of patient care using electronic medical records Coordinate care with physicians, allied health staff, and families for comprehensive outcomes Educate patients and their families about post-hospital care and disease management Participate in quality improvement initiatives and comply with facility policies
