Job Summary IVY Cardiovascular and Vein Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient team as a Pre/Post Sedation Nurse (PACU). This role focuses on patient care before and after minimally invasive procedures, including lower extremity angiograms and venograms, in a calm, well-organized outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

Prepare patients pre-procedure, including assessments, IV placement, and patient education. Monitor patients during post-procedure recovery following venograms and angiograms or related procedures. Assess vital signs, level of consciousness, and overall patient status. Be able to identify change in patient's status and report as needed. Administer medications per provider orders and facility protocols. Recognize and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition. Provide post-procedure instructions and discharge education. Accurately document patient care on the patient's medical record. Maintain compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures. PACU experience required!

Pay:

$43.00 - $45.00 per hour
