Registered Nurse Saint Cloud, FL Part-time Part-time Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse and become a vital part of delivering exceptional patient care across diverse medical settings. In this Part time role, you will utilize your clinical expertise, compassion, and dedication to improve health outcomes and support patients through their healing journeys. You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and comfort. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your specialized skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where every day makes a difference. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to determine individual care needs. Administer medications via various routes such as injections and IV infusions while adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans aligned with patient goals and medical standards. Document all patient interactions accurately using electronic health record (EHR) We infuse and Jane app. Provide education on disease management, medication administration, nutrition, and health coaching tailored to individual needs. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments such as urgent care clinics or outpatient facilities while maintaining attention to detail. Skills Proven experience in critical care environments Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and diagnostic evaluation techniques. Skilled in IV insertion, phlebotomy, catheter care and aseptic techniques. Excellent patient assessment skills combined with compassionate communication. Knowledge of infection control practices and infectious disease care protocols; familiarity with OSHA standards is essential. Capable of managing acute pain cases effectively while supporting behavioral health needs or mental health interventions when necessary. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure during urgent care situations or critical incidents requiring rapid decision-making and teamwork.
