Role:

As an ALF Weekend Nurse, you will provide direct care to our residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring. You will work closely with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely documentation of resident care, including progress notes and medication records. You will also assist with administration of medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by our medical director.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and basic nursing care. Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by our medical director. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care, including progress notes and medication records. Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordination of care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and outcomes.

Requirements:
