FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Lake Endoscopy Center is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join our team of highly trained, caring professionals at our endoscopy center.

Schedule:

as needed Monday - Friday (no weekends, holidays, or on-call)

Hours:

Dayshift, flexible hours Pre-op, Procedure Room, and Post Procedure

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES

Assists in the provision of patient care and assumes total responsibility in accordance with physician orders and center's policies.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND REQUIRED SKILLS

Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; current state RN license. CPR Required. ACLS required or will obtain ACLS within 90 days of employment Knowledge of EMR systems and technologies The capacity to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, while demonstrating resourcefulness and proactivity.

PATIENT CARE

Lake Endoscopy Center is a single specialty ambulatory center. The primary procedures are EGDs, colonoscopies and sigmoidoscopies. The Register nurse provides pre, intra and post procedure care. All staff work collaboratively to provide the patient with excellent care.
