$50/hour We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a medically complex pediatric patient in the home setting. This role is ideal for a nurse confident working independently and experienced managing multi-system, immune-mediated care needs in a home environment.

Patient Overview:

10-year-old male with complex, multi-system medical needs Conditions requiring monitoring include autoimmune and neurological disorders, along with chronic pain Followed by a multidisciplinary specialist team including Immunology, Neurology, Rheumatology, and Pulmonology Family is actively engaged in the patient's care

Responsibilities:

Perform nursing assessments and ongoing monitoring each visit Monitor respiratory status; provide nebulizer treatments and recognize signs of respiratory muscle weakness or distress Administer medications and injections per physician orders; support IVIG infusion care Monitor for swallowing difficulty/aspiration risk during meals; supervise feeding as needed Observe and document neurological changes during flares (fatigue, speech difficulty, cognitive slowing) Assist with mobility and comfort measures during pain/inflammatory flares Communicate effectively with family and coordinate with the multidisciplinary care team

Requirements:

Active Georgia RN license in good standing Pediatric or home health experience strongly preferred Experience with autoimmune, neuromuscular, or medically complex patients strongly preferred Ability to work independently and confidently in a home environment Reliable transportation Current CPR/BLS certification
