• Albany, GA Call or Text 404-532-9226 for Immediate Consideration We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 7-year-old pediatric patient in Albany, Georgia.

This position offers a consistent weekly schedule and the opportunity to provide individualized care in a home setting.

Pay Rate:

$48.00 per hour

Schedule:

16 hours per week Two days per week Preferred schedule: Wednesday and Thursday, 1:00 PM

• 9:00 PM Schedule may have some flexibility for the right candidate Patient Overview 7-year-old pediatric patient

Diagnosis:

Cerebral Palsy Requires full assistance with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Requires seizure monitoring and implementation of seizure precautions Supportive family and home environment Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home Seizure monitoring and implementation of seizure precautions Medication administration and management Assist with all ADLs including bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, and mobility Perform prescribed Range of Motion (ROM) exercises Monitor patient condition and report changes as appropriate Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Communicate effectively with caregivers and clinical supervisors Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for the patient Qualifications Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license Current CPR certification Reliable transportation Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to provide hands-on assistance with mobility and personal care Pediatric nursing experience preferred Experience caring for patients with seizure disorders preferred Why Join Our Team?
