Dr. Robb Jr. and his team create a high-end, comfortable, customized, and boutique cosmetic facial experience for every patient. We believe our team members to be an integral part of providing each patient with an amazing experience they can't find anywhere else. Position Overview
  • The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our facial plastic surgery practice.
This individual provides exceptional patient care throughout all phases of the surgical and aesthetic experience — preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative — while ensuring safety, compassion, and seamless coordination within our clinical team and surgical team. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standard of patient experience and surgical excellence. Key Responsibilities
  • Perioperative Nursing (OR Circulator)
  • Serve as the circulating nurse during surgical procedures—ensuring patient safety, sterile technique, and smooth surgical flow.
  • Prepare the operating room prior to each case: verify equipment, instruments, and supplies.
  • Assist with surgical prepping, patient positioning, and intraoperative documentation.
  • Anticipate surgeon's and anesthesia needs during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed intraoperative records in the EMR system.
  • Surgical dictation.
  • Preoperative & Postoperative Care
  • Conduct thorough pre-op assessments and confirm medical history, allergies, medications, and surgical consents.
  • Start IVs, obtain vital signs, and prepare patients for anesthesia.
  • Recover surgical patients in the PACU, monitor vital signs, and ensure safe and comfortable discharge.
  • Provide post-op education and ongoing support to patients and families.
  • Perform suture removal and photo documentation.
  • Clinical Care & Patient Management (Clinic RN)
  • Evaluate, assess, and treat post-operative patients, ensuring optimal recovery and satisfaction.
  • Provide perioperative nursing care including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op responsibilities.
  • Assist with in-office procedures and minor surgical treatments as needed.
  • Perform suture removal, wound checks, and post-procedure care under physician direction.
  • Manage pre-operative appointments by: o Reviewing and documenting medical history and current medications. o Obtaining surgical consent and educating patients and families about pre
  • and post-operative care. o Drawing and processing laboratory work as required.
  • See patients in collaboration with the surgeon during clinic days for: o Surgical consultations o Injectable treatments o Pre
  • and post-operative visits o Surgical follow-ups
  • Start IVs, obtain vital signs, and ensure patient readiness for surgery.
  • Recover surgical patients in the PACU by assessing condition, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring safe recovery from anesthesia.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation of all patient encounters in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Safely assist patients into and out of the hyperbaric oxygen chamber while providing education on HBOT treatment benefits and safety guidelines.
  • Rooming patients while being kind, professional, and ensuring comfort.
  • Taking high-quality before-and-after photos, ensuring all proper angles are captured consistently. Team Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with the surgeon, anesthesia team, and fellow nurses to provide comprehensive, coordinated patient care.
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with all members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth clinic and surgical flow.
  • Support team members in maintaining a clean, efficient, and patient-centered environment. Professionalism & Core Competencies
  • Demonstrate reliability, consistency, and accountability in all clinical duties.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
  • Maintain a calm, compassionate demeanor in high-pressure or fast-paced settings.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and infection control standards.
  • Engage in continuing education and remain current on best practices in aesthetic and surgical nursing. Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia (or ability to obtain prior to start).
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in surgical, perioperative, or aesthetic nursing preferred.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and excellent documentation skills. Schedule & Compensation
  • Schedule:
    Full-time, Monday-Friday; early start on surgical days as required.
