Job Description Insight Global is searching for a Case Management Nurse to join their clients team. The ideal candidate will utilize clinical expertise to review and coordinate medical care for injured employees, ensuring treatment is medically necessary, cost-effective, and supports timely recovery and return to work. They will partner with adjusters, providers, employers, and other stakeholders to manage treatment plans, document case activities, drive claim resolution, and maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Skills and Requirements o Active Georgia Compact RN License o 8 years of experience in the Clinical Nursing space o Minimum 3 years of experience within Case Management o Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience o Knowledge of workers' compensation case management, utilization review, injury management, and return-to-work practices, with expertise in regulatory guidelines, pain management, and behavioral health. CCM Certification (or ability to obtain in the first 6-12 months of employment)
