This role enables registered nurses with strong CVOR experience to broaden their clinical skills and gain valuable exposure to diverse surgical teams and leadership approaches. With the added variety of different shift patterns and collaboration with experienced cardiovascular operating room professionals, expanding your resume with new accomplishments is a given. You'll also benefit from exploring the region's beautiful parks, trendy shops, and acclaimed cuisine during your downtime.
Schedule/Hours:
70+ hours per four weeks on average (subject to change) At least one Friday, one Saturday, and one Sunday shift within the scheduleQualifications:
Valid RN license Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience Prior travel nursing experience preferred, but not required Strong clinical skills in a cardiovascular surgery setting Excellent communication and teamwork abilitiesResponsibilities:
Deliver exceptional perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical procedures Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary surgical teams to ensure patient safety and best outcomes Prepare, assess, and monitor patients throughout the surgical continuum Adhere to evidence-based practices and support quality improvement initiatives Maintain accurate and detailed patient recordsBenefits & Perks:
