Required Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse license, in good standing Two years of recent CVOR experience BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Familiarity with electronic medical record systems Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical procedures Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team Monitor and assess patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively Assist with prepping and maintaining a sterile operating environment Document observations, interventions, and outcomes with accuracy and timeliness Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and rapidly changing patient conditions
