We are seeking an experienced Wellness provider/esthetic Injector who combines clinical skill with artistry, confidence, and a natural ability to build lasting patient relationships. We prioritize precision, outcomes, and experience . Core Responsibilities Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including: Neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau) Dermal fillers (lip, cheek, jawline, full-face balancing) Conduct comprehensive aesthetic and wellness consultations, developing individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals. Educate patients on injectables, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, and wellness services. Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and facial assessments Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and aftercare Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within EMR Capture and maintain high-quality before/after photos Build and maintain long-term patient relationships and retention Uphold the highest standards of safety, technique, and professionalism Collaborate with the team to support overall patient care and experience What We're Looking For Active RN, NP, or PA license in the state of Georgia Minimum 1-2+ years of hands-on injectable experience (tox + filler required), wellness (HRT, TRT, weightloss therapy) Strong aesthetic eye and understanding of facial anatomy A portfolio of before/after work (required) Confidence in consultations and ability to guide patient decisions Professional, polished, and patient-centered demeanor High attention to detail and commitment to excellence Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused mindset Preferred (But Not Required) Experience with advanced techniques (full-face balancing, cannula, etc.) Existing patient following or ability to build one Comfort with social media content and personal branding Experience in a luxury or concierge-style practice
