Job Description:

Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with an established Atlanta law firm to identify an experienced Legal Nurse Consultant (LNC) for a full-time, direct hire opportunity. As a key member of the litigation support team, the LNC will provide critical medical analysis throughout the lifecycle of a case, including in-depth medical records review, expert coordination, and trial preparation. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed medical chronologies, timelines, and comprehensive medical record summaries Review and analyze medical records to support case evaluations, including causation and damages issues Conduct medical literature searches and synthesize findings for attorneys Identify, screen, and coordinate review of medical expert witnesses Locate, organize, and prepare demonstrative medical evidence for trial and mediation Educate attorneys and clients on relevant medical concepts, terminology, and standards of care Qualifications Legal Nurse Consultant certification is strongly preferred 5+ years of combined experience in a clinical setting and as a Legal Nurse Consultant is required Prior experience supporting litigation and trial preparation is required Experience reviewing and summarizing complex medical records Strong understanding of medical standards of care, causation, and damages analysis Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple matters simultaneously Firm offers exceptional benefits and competitive salary and bonuses, based on experience.
