2 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab RN with prior Cath Lab or IR experience for a hospital position that includes on-call responsibilities. Details Cath Lab unit with 2 procedure labs and 5 patient bays Staffed with 2 FT RNs and 5 FT RCIS technologists Uses GE/MacLab equipment Documentation performed in Meditech Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with after-hours on-call required Provides pre, intra, and post care for cardiac patients Approximately 3 STEMI cases per month with minimal callback burden while on-call Requirements Active RN license (GA or Compact) Current BLS and ACLS certifications Previous Cath Lab or IR experience required Minimum 2 years of RN experience No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration One professional reference required Additional Information Royal blue scrubs required as part of the dress code Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted First-time travelers are not addressed in this posting
