Job Description Develops and facilitates trainings for community stakeholders, including providers, school and early learning personnel, caregivers, and youth organization personnel. Oversee updates and improvements to existing training content based on feedback and performance data. Coordinate logistics for child advocacy training sessions including scheduling, communication, and materials. Support evaluation of child advocacy training effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and performance metrics and recommend improvements. Utilizes a variety of delivery training methods to promote learning transfer and keep training programs relevant and engaging to audience. Builds and sustains working relationships with leaders and subject matter experts.
