Wednesday:

7AM-5PM Advanced Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care for medically fragile children and adults in home and school settings. This position offers a more personalized care model, allowing for stronger patient outcomes and professional satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits Base Pay:

$45/hour Opportunity to earn up to $53/hour with applicable differentials:

Trach:

+$2/hour

Vent:

+$3/hour

Nights:

+$2/hour

Weekends:

+$3/hour

Holidays:

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or an equivalent accredited organization required.
