- Buford, GA 30519 Cottage Grove Home Care About the role Cottage Grove Home Care is looking for a skilled, compassionate Registered Nurse to join the care team of a medically complex toddler in Buford.
This is one-on-one private duty nursing in a warm, engaged family home. You'll give skilled care that keeps a child safe, stable and thriving at home instead of in the hospital. This part-time daytime case works well for a nurse who wants meaningful pediatric work on a predictable weekly schedule. It could also be a good second job alongside a hospital position.

Setting:
One-on-one care in the home, with no floating, no patient load and no night shifts Clinical responsibilities Home dialysis monitoring, weights, vital signs and fluid balance G-tube care, feeds and pump management Ostomy and skin care Seizure monitoring and rescue medication per protocol Medications by G-tube, by mouth and subcutaneous injection Nebulizer treatments and suctioning as needed Shift documentation and communication with the family and clinical supervisor Qualifications Active Georgia RN license, or a multistate compact license Current
CPR/BLS/TB
