Support complex procedures such as IV infusions, catheterizations, tube feedings, and ventilator management with precision and care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with best practices in pediatrics. Educate families on health management strategies, medication administration, injury prevention, and developmental milestones to empower caregivers. Maintain detailed medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Respond swiftly to emergencies such as neonatal resuscitation or acute pain episodes, demonstrating critical care response procedures within a Level I Trauma Center environment. Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with current state certification. Proven experience working with children in settings such as pediatric clinics, hospitals, or home care environments. Strong knowledge of pediatric physiology, medical terminology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques including laboratory experience and medical imaging familiarity. Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner; proficiency in ICD coding (ICD-10/ICD-9) is preferred. Demonstrated competence in advanced pediatric procedures including IV insertion, suturing, phlebotomy, and aseptic technique. Critical care experience in neonatal intensive care units (NICU), pediatric intensive care units (PICU), or emergency rooms is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams across various healthcare settings such as urgent care, outpatient clinics, or inpatient units.
