G-Tube/ Holoprosencephaly EverThere Care's skilled in-home health nurses provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. Duties include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and coordinating with other healthcare providers. Our nurses work closely with patients and their families to ensure optimal health outcomes and a positive care experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments to evaluate patient health status, needs, and risks. Provide skilled nursing care such as wound care, medication administration, intravenous therapy, and other treatments as ordered by the physician. Monitor patient progress and vital signs, documenting findings and updating care plans accordingly. Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques. Communicate regularly with the patient's primary care physician and other healthcare providers to coordinate care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies and procedures. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (Georgia). Preferred experience in home health, skilled nursing, or a related field. Strong clinical nursing skills and knowledge of evidence-based care practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Proficient in using electronic medical record systems (or willingness to learn). Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Negative TB screening. Current CPR certification. Clean background check.
Pay:
$50.00 per hour Expected hours: 14.0 per week
