Job Description

HIRING:

Registered Nurse (RN) -

Home Health Location:

Butler, GA Contract:

Weeks Start Date:

September 14, 2026

Shift:

Day Shift - 5x8 Hours, 8:00 AM-5:00

PM Job Details:

Home Health nursing position Approximately 5-8 patients/day Patient visits primarily in homes and occasionally Assisted Living Facilities (ALF)

Travel:

Approximately 30-40 miles/day , with weekly travel around 300-400 miles on the higher end Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate

Productivity:

Minimum 30 points/week

On-call:

1 week per month, including the weekend

EMR:

HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) Scrubs required

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of recent Adult Home Health experience Active GA RN License BLS/CPR certification Recent HCHB experience required OASIS proficiency required Reliable transportation and valid driver's license First-time travelers are not accepted

Pay:

$45.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
