What We're Looking For:
Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum one year of recent ICU clinical experience Proficiency in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS) Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive critical care to diverse patient populations Monitor, assess, and document patient responses to treatments and interventions Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes Administer medications, manage ventilators, and respond swiftly to emergency situations Participate in patient care planning and evidence-based practices
