Registered Nurse PRN

Job Overview Golden Serenity Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced PRN Registered Nurse (RN/LPN) to provide high-quality, skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in a home setting. The nurse will be responsible for delivering individualized care plans, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting families in managing complex medical needs. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients with complex medical conditions Perform ongoing assessments and document patient status accurately Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Monitor vital signs and identify changes in patient condition G-tubes / feeding pumps Tracheostomy care and suctioning Ventilator support (if applicable) Implement and follow individualized Plan of Care (POC) Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members Educate and support family members on patient care and safety Maintain compliance with GAPP, Medicaid, and agency policies Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed Qualifications Active and unrestricted RN or LPN license in the state of Georgia Current CPR/BLS certification Minimum of 1-year pediatric nursing experience Experience with medically fragile patients strongly preferred Knowledge of GAPP guidelines is a plus Strong clinical, assessment, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and provide compassionate care

Pay:

$42.00 - $55.00 per hour
